Workforce
(or those willing to appear in a photo anyway)
We are proud that after trading since 1998, we remain financially buoyant with continued reinvestment into the Company .
Our qualified workforce remain loyal and is ever growing with our core team having been on our journey with us for many years, remaining dedicated to our clients and their craft.
We are committed to the wellbeing of our employees and the promotion of our specialist craft. Our dignity at work policy is endorsed throughout our Company.
Many of our operatives have joined us from many backgrounds with no masonry skills. We train and develop apprentices per year who have joined us and work closely with the Construction Youth Trust, Building People, Livery Schools Link, Inspiring the Future, London Construction Academy and bounce back.
We are passionate about the ongoing training and development in our specialist craft to ensure masonry continues for many years to come. Our Exec Officer is a Councillor for City and Guilds, Chair of the Stone Industry Training Group (NSITG) and the Worshipful Company of Masons Craft & Training group. We also Chaired the group for the recently implemented Trailblazer apprenticeship and have links with all colleges and monitor the progress of the trainee masons.
Our teams are encouraged to develop new ideas and are recognised for suggestion and implementation, this is achieved via regular employee consultations together with awards and ceremonies on a social level.
