We have full understanding of our role under CDM regulations and that of the Client, Planning Supervisor and Designer throughout each critical phase.

Whilst many of our competitors have outsourced their design and draughtsman roles Stone Restoration Services ensured that these roles together remained in house.

Our design team has an extensive wealth of stone in all of its many forms and can adapt any project to either be hand drawn or more commonly a computer aided design. Click on the images to your right to see an example of our CAD work.

Investment in our IT ensures that any new product updates are immediately implemented to ensure we stay ahead of the market.

Direct control over these elements is crucial in any planning and ensures that when stone arrives on site for fixing it has been checked by our masons who have produced it against the production details - and also that masonry will be delivered on time as promised.

Procurement and Supply

Our own Masonry Yard is set up to ensure that all supplies of stone, marble and granite are in stock and readily available. Our in house Banker Masons are readily available to ensure all stone is worked in a traditional manner and thus we have direct control of all stone procurement.

In addition we have a large wet saw for cutting larger blocks for working - or granite/marble. We are regularly sourced for specialist advice or consultation and our team are available to draw on the benefits of our extensive experience and discuss your project with your or prepare a fully documented project ready to tender.

From the initial survey stages we can advise on the most appropriate methods, stone selection, stone sourcing (Britain's complex geological history has produced a diverse range of rock types we hold a complete register of all stones quarried/ reclaimed both in the UK and abroad) into specialist categories enabling us to design a project to meet individual budget and needs.
